Villanova University’s Cabrini Campus is located at 610 King of Prussia Road in Radnor, on the 112-acre property formerly operated by Cabrini University. Villanova acquired the campus in June 2024 and is bringing it into use for the Fall 2026 semester as the University expands its academic, residential, and recreational facilities.
The campus includes nearly 30 classrooms, research laboratories, nursing simulation facilities, and dedicated study areas. Beginning in Fall 2026, programs and facilities based there include Psychological and Brain Sciences, Education and Counseling, Ethics, select Communication facilities, and graduate programs from the Fitzpatrick College of Nursing.
For anyone who expects to spend a significant amount of time at the Cabrini Campus, living in nearby Haverford can keep home within a relatively short trip without requiring you to live directly on campus.
